Counselling service.
-Regular phone calls offering support.
-Availability of reflexology - wonderful treatments helping both mental relaxation and physically benefiting lymphoedema.
-Fabulous counselling help.

The whole experience has been very good. My time at Pembury and Maidstone hospital were challenging, so coming to hospice have relieved stress and been a wonderful experience.
I would love the opportunity of massage to my feet and hands . Any other alternative therapies would be very welcoming, help with relaxation and passing the time

I absolutely loved the massage Renny gave me this morning and would welcome head back, leg and hands anytime, I find it so relaxing and destressing. I can't fault anything.

Dr Natalie listened carefully, explained simple and was thorough in her assessment. She even typed a summary 6 her recommendations write we were here and gave that to us and copied to our GP.
She also chased OT and our registrar oncology.

I would love to access a Chiropodist and would enjoy a foot massage to assist in relaxation and stress. The environment is peaceful, quiet and calm, everyone is lovely, smiling and positive, team spirit very evident.
I have no idea how you can improve the excellent care.
